Vitamin C. (Ascorbic acid)

In 1995 Zilva Ascorbic acid derived from the lemon juice. This recipe appeared in 1933.
Ascorbic acid is white or pale yellow powder that gets progressively darker light. It remains substantially stable in the dry state but gets caught in the liquid waste. It's nearly acidic smell and taste is powerful and gets oxidize rapidly reduced alcohol solution. But slowly oxidize acid is soluble in water and alcohol. Vitamin C called vitamin water soluble.

Increases the resistance power against diseases and helps to absorb iron. Vitamin C acts as Anti agent. To heal the wounds of vitamin C is very important.
